At Mauve Manor, each blind book date is carefully wrapped, packed, and sent off with love. Below you'll find all the details on how we ship our literary surprises to your door.
1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information when available.

During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer—but we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate and free shipping options depending on your order total and location.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We want your bookish experience to be stress-free. If your order:

7. Special Requests & Gift Orders
Want to surprise someone? Include a gift note at checkout, and we’ll wrap your book accordingly. For any special shipping requests, just contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
